Mina provides individualized Yoga Nidra sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual, with each session lasting anywhere between 45-minutes to one hour.

As a trained practitioner, Mina guides clients through a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience, combining rotation of consciousness, breathwork, and visualization techniques. With a keen focus on customization, Mina ensures that each session addresses the unique physical, mental, and emotional needs of the participant, fostering profound relaxation, stress reduction, and mainly focusing on achieving the intention of her clients. Through this curated approach, clients are able to access a state of deep restfulness and clarity, leaving them feeling revitalized and empowered to navigate their lives with greater ease and resilience around their individualized intention. The minimum of 4 sessions is highly recommended to experience the maximum transformation but individuals can expect a massive shift in their psyche even with one session.
